You will lose enzymes which would have been a very good source of energy had you not cooked your meat. These healthy enzymes present in food are essential for biochemical reactions in the body but they are destroyed when you cook meat. While you lose these useful component, another chemical compound you don't really need is released instead. heterocyclic amines, or HCAs form when you cook meat in extreme heat. Although there has never been any study that it can cause cancer in humans, the same way it does to animals, we can never really tell for sure.
