This is a lino print that I created in 2019 after a residency at NERAM, New England Regional Gallery, NSW's. I called my residency Streets of Your Town, wandering Armidale's streets reminded me of numerous Sunday walks with my mother in my home town of Goulburn NSWs.
This lovely suspension bridge runs over a little creek in Armidale near the local swimming pool. Up until 2019 we had family living in the town and many summers were spent heading to the pool for a morning swim.
A version of this print was exhibited at "The Residents" NERAM in 2018.
