The school holidays finds me with more time at the studio working on a relatively new image of Erskineville Bridge looking to Sydney CBD. Below is my second proof - I'm peeling the paper back off the lino to reveal the fresh print.

MOST Open studio Trail is on again 28th and 29th of March You are most welcome to visit our thriving studio space between the hours of 10 and 4 pm on these days ( Saturday and Sunday). Download a map or go to Marrickville council and book for one of their art tours, it's going to be bigger than ever this year. I will have proofs of my Summer Hill Flour Mill print ready for viewing as well as a large selection of framed and unframed works from the last 10 years.
I'm continuing to work on large lino prints in 2015, my latest inspired by the Mungo Scott Flour Mills at Summer Hill - this area is about to be transformed into a huge unit development. The image on the left shows the first step in the carving process, I paint with white ink onto the lino.
